How It Works
FS Online Assist enables our support team to take virtual trips to customer sites and work as if physically present. Online Assist provides a secure connection from the customers system to one of our support team members. This means the customer does not need to modify their firewall and allows the customer full control to terminate the session at any time.
FS Online Assist support sessions are fully encrypted via 256-bit AES SSL encryption. The support sessions are also logged, recorded and will completely remove itself after every support session, leaving the customer safe and secure.
Using our new Online Assist service, our clients will be able to gain direct access to our support team, who in turn, will have direct access to your computer, no matter where you are or what you are using.
